Lubricant OEM RFQ Checklist
A useful quotation depends on more than a product name. This checklist helps brand owners, distributors and contract packers provide the minimum commercial and technical facts WODE needs to recommend a sample path, supply route, packaging option and document review.

Commercial routes
Choose the route before quotation
OEM / ODM / BULK / PRIVATE LABEL
The best route depends on the approved product, buyer capability, packaging, destination, commercial quantity and requested documentation.
Product brief
State product family, intended external or personal-use positioning, target texture, sensory direction and reference product if available.
Commercial brief
Provide destination market, initial quantity, annual forecast, target timing and preferred cooperation route.
Packaging brief
Define fill size, bottle, tube, sachet, wipe or bulk format, decoration, carton and label languages.
Evidence brief
List the testing, SDS or MSDS, transport, batch, quality and market documents required for supplier approval.

Buyer questions
Answers that prevent RFQ delays
Can I submit an RFQ without a finished specification?
Yes. Explain what is fixed, what remains open and what recommendation you need from WODE.
Should I include my target price?
A realistic target can help route selection, but WODE still quotes against the approved formula, pack, quantity and terms.
Can I send confidential files?
Use the RFQ upload field or request a confidentiality discussion before sending sensitive formula, artwork or commercial information.
What causes the most quotation delay?
Unclear destination market, missing quantity, uncertain supply route and packaging that has not been defined or supplied for review.
