Water-activated concentrate platform

Powder Lubricant Concentrate OEM

Develop a dry, water-activated lubricant concentrate for private-label single doses, bulk powder supply or a complete finished-product programme. Mixing ratio, hydration time and finished performance are confirmed for the approved formula rather than published as one universal instruction.

Current WODE custom-development capability. Commercial specifications are confirmed after formulation, pack and destination-market review.

Commercial routes

Choose the supply route before sampling

OEM / ODM / BULK / PRIVATE LABEL

Each route is quoted against the approved sample, supply format, packaging, quantity, destination market and documentation request.

01

Private-label powder packs

Single-dose sachets, jars or another moisture-controlled format can be evaluated around the approved formula and buyer instructions.

02

Bulk powder concentrate

Dry concentrate may be supplied for a qualified buyer to pack or complete an agreed downstream step.

03

Reference-sample development

A supplied powder or hydrated benchmark can define the target texture, clarity, glide and preparation experience.

04

Finished launch programme

Formula, preparation instructions, packaging, filling or packing, coding and shipper case can be coordinated as one project.

Mixing specificationConfirm dose-to-water ratio, water-quality boundary, agitation and hydration time for the selected formula.
Finished performanceMeasure pH, viscosity, appearance, dispersion, glide and stability after preparation.
Powder protectionReview hygroscopicity, caking, dose consistency, seal integrity and transport exposure.
Microbiological planDefine controls for the dry product and the permitted use period after water is added.
Claims and instructionsUse preparation and performance wording supported by the final tests and destination-market review.

Buyer questions

Answers that prevent RFQ delays

Can WODE publish one standard mixing ratio?

No universal ratio is assumed. The ratio and hydration time are issued for the approved formula after sample validation.

Can a buyer purchase only the dry concentrate?

Yes, for qualified filling or packing operations. Handling, pack barrier, batch size and destination requirements are reviewed before quotation.

Can we provide a reference sample?

Yes. Send the dry product, prepared sample if available, packaging and the characteristics that must be matched or improved.

What should be included in the RFQ?

Target market, intended pack, order estimate, preparation concept, reference sample and requested test or shipping documents.
